I have a sense of get up and do something within me at the moment and we all know that exercise creates endorphins.  I have decided to join the local YMCA, membership includes use of the gym, group fitness classes and the pool for a reasonable weekly fee. I’ve just dragged my partner out for a bike ride, I’m not sure who feels worse but I think it might be him lol we have a nice cycleway that follows the edge of the harbour near us for about 6km each way, chuck in the hill at the end and it’s enough to keep us out of breath until our fitness increases. I’m hoping the energy increase lasts and feeds off itself as the thing I struggle with the most is super low energy. I have a fair bit of weight to lose too so need to set some goals to keep me at it.
